The FAA encourages parties to review the Draft EA and provide written comments during the public comment period. Please be aware that your name, physical address, email address, or other personally identifiable information in your comment may be available to the public at any time. You may include a request to withhold your personal identifying information; however, the FAA cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.

The document will be available for review beginning on March 2, 2023. Comments received on the Draft EA in writing on or before the close of business on May 1, 2023, will be considered and addressed in the Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for the proposed action. Based on a review of the FEA, the FAA will determine the significance of potential impacts and either issue a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) or require a more detailed study.
